This new option simplifies and optimizes the purchase and selling procedure with trade-ins for Ford dealers in Germany and consists, on the one hand, of an online estimated price on the Ford website for private customers and, on the other, of a guaranteed purchase price offered by AUTO1.com to Ford dealers.

Optimized lead generation through online estimated price

After configuring the new car models "Ford Mustang Mach-E" and "Ford Explorer" on the Ford website, the customer can enter the vehicle data of his used car into a simple input mask at the end of the ordering process and receive a non-binding estimated price within seconds via the AUTO1 pricing interface. The price is calculated immediately by the transmitted data points based on over three million vehicle transactions from AUTO1 Group, and the real-time activity on the platform. Customer and vehicle data is then transmitted directly into the Ford dealership system, so the dealership always knows what the customer's price expectation is. "Private customers immediately receive an estimated price for their used car. With this solution, we actively support Ford dealers in lead generation and customer retention. In addition, the AUTO1 EVA app has been expanded exclusively for use by Ford dealers. Ford dealers can therefore use the AUTO1 EVA app to inspect trade-ins within minutes and request a guaranteed price following the digital evaluation process. AUTO1.com sends the binding price, which is only determined for the dealership, within 30 minutes. The guaranteed price is valid for three days.
